I'm a FSBO seller writing a positive review for my buyer's agent! I listed my beautiful home on Zillow, and accepted an offer within 48 hours. Mary Sue crafted the winning offer because she asked me (the seller) an important question: What will make my clients' offer most appealing? I told her, and she listened.Mary Sue knew her buyer wanted this property in a hot market. So they scheduled a showing immediately, submitted an offer within two hours, and incorporated all the elements I had mentioned. I did have another offer, but this offer was exactly what I wanted.During the weeks that led to closing, Mary Sue and Derek were excellent guides, making the whole process easy and painless. They were just great working with a FSBO -- clear in communications and friendly. When a couple of minor issues cropped up, they were quickly found solutions.My buyer has used this real estate team before, and I can understand why.May I also mention that the title company they use -- T. A. Elite of Pennsylvania, LLC -- was excellent.This was a great experience for me as a seller. I come out of this happy with the sale of my home, delighted with the new owners who will now enjoy it, and pleased to recommend Wolf & Webb at Keller Williams Elite.

Mary Sue is the absolute BEST real estate agent out there. I haven't worked with Derek yet, but I'm sure he is equally as superb if he has joined up with Mary Sue. I have worked with other agents before that weren't as doting, encouraging, professional, caring, and hardworking. Mary Sue genuinely cares about her clients and making them happy. She also has a calming presence that makes the very stressful process of buying or selling seem like a breeze. They have great partners that will helping with staging, etc. I cannot stress enough how much of a hard worker she is. She and Derek won't let you down!

Mary Sue and Derrick are 2 incredible people beyond just agents . My house was a difficult sell in a good market let alone a crashing one. Mary Sue and Derek made our sudden move out of state a stress free process. It was a huge relief having them to walk us through each step of selling our home. They stayed in constant communication with us, and were immediately available to answer any questions we had. They truly cared about our family and catered to our 4 young children's schedules for photos and showings. Most importantly, they love Lancaster and want to share how great the community is with future home buyers! I can't recommend them enough!

Mary Sue and Derek made a difficult, very different type of sale, easy.After having two contracts fall through just prior to covid, we decided to rent our house to a family for 2 years. In that second year home values rose and demand was high. Mary Sue and Derek were able to find a buyer within a week who was willing to buy our house at a frat price, knowing they could not be in the house until the end of our tenant’s lease at the end of July 22.They did this primarily with a virtual showing only, as the tenants still had concerns over covid.Curve balls continued to be thrown at us from the time we signed the offer sheet thru closing. Each one was handled professionally and quickly by Mary Sue and Derek.We could not have navigated this difficult process without them. Mary Sue and Derek did a phenomenal job of photographing and promoting our house for sale in Lancaster. It was on the market just over a week and sold for asking price to buyers who loved and appreciated everything about the house we also cherished. Closing was a genuinely warm celebration of all parties feeling satisfaction with every detail in the buy/sell process - something you can't say everyday about real estate transactions! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.After the sale we received a book containing pictures of our house. They were phenomenal! Derek is an amazing photographer. Everyone who sees the book says "No wonder the house sold so fast!" I also agree with all the statements made here about how attentive, knowledgeable and just plain wonderful Mary Sue is to work with. Wolf & Webb are an amazing team!

Mary Sue Wolf is a very motivated, organized, honest, and knowledgeable realtor. She sought out and found a qualified buyer for our large home, who offered us a fair deal. She was also helpful in our efforts to downsize, suggesting various businesses to help us in that effort. Her business partner Derek is equally impressive. They communicated with us often, so we always knew what was coming next. While this was our biggest move, it was one of the least stressful thanks to Mary Sue and Derek. I, without hesitation, recommend them both. Now back to the boxes, still trying to figure out where my silverware wandered off to!
